The company has 100% ownership of its current tenements and aims to upgrade its core assets through its exploration activities and continual geological reviews; with a goal of generating a positive cash flow as soon as practically possible.

To finance the exploration and development programme, Amex Resources raised funds through a Share Issue, Listing on the Australian Stock Exchange on 11th September 2007.
